A reputable company in the furniture sector is urgently seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives to join its team in Lagos. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong track record in high-value sales, especially within the furniture or interior solutions industry. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and grow relationships with high-end clients, including villas and estate developers
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the target market
- Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as design and quantity surveying to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the furniture industry
- Proven ability to close large-scale deals and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge and a client-focused approach
