Job Description
Smartflow Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across the Western region. The role focuses on lead generation, sales execution, client engagement, and strategic market development within the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities
- Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets as outlined in the business plan.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects by presenting tailored solutions and closing deals.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare accurate reports for management.
- Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance loyalty.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Report sales activities promptly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with business goals and support customer needs.
- Work with the marketing team to drive product awareness and execute regional marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to boost sales and promote company products and services.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Meet and engage stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to network and generate leads.
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and support investigations of reported incidents.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Existing customer base within the industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel across Western Nigeria up to 40 percent.
- Strong understanding of the Western region market.
- Residency in Lagos.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety.
