Job Summary:
An experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager is needed to join a reputable FMCG company in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in B2B and B2C sales within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and market share growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Monitor team performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide strategic insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies, distribution networks, and pricing models in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
