Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, including 3 years in the new energy industry or related field
Overview:
Sako Power, a prominent player in the new energy sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong sales track record, and proven leadership capabilities to drive business development efforts and manage strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for expanding market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to enhance team productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or New Energy-related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years in the new energy industry or team management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
