Job Description

International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to support offshore FPSO projects. This role focuses on delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective structural engineering solutions across project phases, from design through execution. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in offshore structures and a strong track record of leading complex engineering scopes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design, analysis, and verification for offshore FPSO structures in line with applicable codes and standards.
  • Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical documents produced by internal teams and contractors.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project engineers and discipline teams.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural integrity across design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Conduct site and offshore support as required to resolve structural engineering issues during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of offshore FPSO experience.
  • Proven experience in structural design and analysis for offshore oil and gas facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant international design codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering deliverables.
