A leading global bottling company is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring across Nigeria and the broader Hellenic region. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of recruitment trends, a knack for stakeholder engagement, and a track record of building high-performing teams that fuel business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles, working closely with TA partners to ensure efficient hiring.
  • Partner with HR business partners and managers to maintain a robust, future-ready talent pipeline.
  • Facilitate Assessment and Development Centers (A&DCs) for critical roles across the region.
  • Expand and diversify sourcing channels to ensure broad talent reach and inclusion.
  • Use data, research, and regional trends to anticipate talent needs and adapt strategies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for regional talent acquisition, guiding and supporting TA partners.
  • Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Balance hiring demand across territories by leveraging regional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, including exposure to trainee programs and people development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive talent strategies through insights.
  • Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence, with cross-cultural competence.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor market dynamics and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
