Job Description

A leading oil and gas services provider is seeking a skilled Senior Telecom Rigger / Technician to support telecom operations. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom transmission and radio equipment onshore and offshore.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain transmission and radio devices including microwave, VHF/UHF, and Tetra systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting telecom equipment and service availability.
  • Perform equipment installations and maintenance on company masts, towers, and designated sites, including work at height.
  • Conduct routine checks and provide first-level intervention at the Emergency Management Team (EMT) room.
  • Collaborate with support engineers and third-party providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecom Rigger or Technician with strong knowledge of transmission and radio devices.
  • Ability to work at height in compliance with HSE standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with onshore and offshore telecom operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
