About the Role

A passionate Senior UX Designer is needed to lead a product design efforts from discovery to delivery. In this role, you’ll drive user experience strategies, develop creative solutions, and craft pixel-perfect prototypes that meet global standards. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver exceptional user-centered designs while mentoring junior designers along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into intuitive, user-friendly product designs.
  • Create pixel-perfect wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma.
  • Conduct concept testing, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
  • Modify and revise existing designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and UX best practices.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to align designs with brand identity and objectives.

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and delivering pixel-perfect designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and product design best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively present design concepts.
  • Proven experience in user research, copywriting, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, user-centered approach.
  • A portfolio showcasing client projects and a strong understanding of client goals.
