Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
A reputable company in Lekki is seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to provide frontline technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Deliver timely and effective support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management practices is an advantage.
