Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with fintech products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a contact center.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and technology is an added advantage.
