Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with fintech products or services.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  5. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a contact center.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and technology is an added advantage.
