Job Description

Texture Science Labs is hiring a Shopify Growth Operations Specialist to oversee Shopify storefront management, conversion optimization, and revenue growth initiatives. The role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong technical skills, hands-on experience in digital marketing, and expertise in analytics and customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store, ensuring all apps, integrations, and third-party tools function seamlessly.
  • Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Facebook ads, and email automation.
  • Build and maintain workflows and automations using tools such as Klaviyo and Zapier.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Shopify analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and similar tools to identify and resolve conversion challenges.
  • Act as the technical contact for internal teams, providing solutions for website and marketing tool requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing an online store on Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Facebook ads, SEO, and email automation.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
  • Ability to optimize landing pages, user funnels, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets for analysis and productivity.
  • Bonus: Experience managing $20,000+ monthly ad spend on Facebook.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or a related field.
