Job Description

Mase Contractors Limited is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee building and construction projects. This role is suited for a Civil or Structural Engineer with strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to manage construction activities efficiently while meeting project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures on site
• Monitor project timelines, resolve site challenges, and support project delivery within schedule
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including consultants and management, as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building and construction projects
• Proven ability to design, supervise, and manage construction works
• Residence in Ikeja or its surrounding areas
• Willingness to travel to other states or locations when required
• Computer literacy with strong report writing and documentation skills
