About the Role:
Rolan Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in Ondo Town. This position requires an individual with a strong background in civil engineering, excellent technical skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, safety standards, and building codes.
- Utilize construction software to create and manage project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Inspect project sites regularly to monitor progress and address any challenges or delays.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
