About the Role
Primestix Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
