Job Description
Jite Projekts Limited is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities, manage on-site teams, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and technical expertise in civil or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations including piling, civil works, and subcontractor management
- Ensure all construction activities comply with design drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
- Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all site activities
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, attendance, and material usage
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction site management, preferably in piling or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and BOQs
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
