Dufil Prima Foods Ltd, a leading FMCG company in Nigeria with multiple processing facilities nationwide, is seeking high-performing graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee programme as Six Sigma Facilitators. This role is designed for analytical, innovative, and results-driven individuals passionate about process improvement, quality management, and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency and product quality
- Assist in identifying, analysing, and solving operational and production-related problems using data-driven tools
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects across assigned departments and locations
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support management decision-making
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on Six Sigma projects and outcomes
- Promote a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams
Requirements
- First Class Honours degree only
- 0–5 years of relevant work experience
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng. or B.Sc.) in any of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Food Technology
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory (scanned NYSC discharge certificate required)
- Willingness to be deployed to any company location as required
- Strong analytical skills with a computer-literate and innovative mindset
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
