Job Description

A fast-growing organization is seeking a Social Media and Content Lead to manage and elevate its digital presence. This role is suited for a creative and strategic professional who can handle both content creation and platform management, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality brand storytelling across all social channels.

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all company social media platforms
  • Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar
  • Create engaging captions, manage comments, and ensure timely audience interaction
  • Identify trends and recommend relevant content opportunities
  • Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok-style videos, behind-the-scenes clips)
  • Develop content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts
  • Collaborate with in-house creatives for planned shoots and campaigns
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach
  • Execute marketing campaigns alongside agency partners and ads specialists
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
  • Strong storytelling and content planning skills
  • Ability to shoot and edit quick mobile content when needed
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
