Short Description:
Mently, a virtual program management platform, is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to drive engagement, build brand presence, and grow its digital community. The role involves content creation, audience interaction, campaign execution, and performance tracking across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging social media content (videos, graphics, posts) that showcases Mently’s offerings.
- Foster a thriving online community through consistent interaction and creative campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand visibility and reach.
- Track and report on key social media metrics to optimize future strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- Proficient with social platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Strong writing and editing skills with creative content development abilities.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in edtech, virtual events, or training-related industries.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and audience growth strategies.
- Understanding of paid advertising and campaign management.
