A growing skincare brand is looking for a Social Media & Content Officer to help build and manage its online presence across Instagram and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content and has a proven ability to create engaging, trend-driven posts that connect with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on Instagram and TikTok to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule visually appealing, on-brand content with strong storytelling that aligns with current trends.
- Write engaging scripts and captions that resonate with the skincare and beauty audience.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and tools to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all posts and campaigns.
- Support basic video editing and visual production with a strong eye for aesthetics and camera angles.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including their algorithms and trending tools.
- Solid writing skills and the ability to craft compelling stories and scripts.
- Basic editing skills and a good sense of visual presentation are a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
