Job Description
Location: Omole Phase 2 (Near Ojodu Berger)
Salary:
- ₦130,000 during a 3-month probation period
- ₦135,000 – ₦140,000 after probation
A growing brand near Ojodu Berger is currently seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the brand’s online presence, developing engaging content, and driving digital engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Create and publish engaging content (graphics, captions, and videos) aligned with brand goals
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to optimize content strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate brand messaging and promotional campaigns
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements for reach and engagement
Requirements:
- Must be 26 years or older
- Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar digital role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields is an advantage
