Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the company’s goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize campaigns and improve reach.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
