Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, and graphics) that align with the brand identity.
- Oversee posting schedules, monitor analytics, and prepare performance reports.
- Track trends, study competitor activity, and apply audience insights to enhance content relevance.
- Foster authentic engagement by responding to comments, messages, and managing community interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on integrated campaigns and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, company, or project.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative content, visual consistency, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and design/editing platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong visual communication ability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
- Passionate about digital creativity, emerging trends, and building engaged online communities.
