Job Description

As we continue to expand our digital presence and creative output, we are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator to amplify our brand voice, grow our online community, and elevate our visual storytelling across platforms.

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with overall brand and marketing objectives.

Manage daily content publishing on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Create monthly content calendars highlighting new products, brand stories, events, and stockist updates.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.

Keep up with evolving trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools.

Content Creation & Studio Production

Plan, capture, and edit original visual content, including photos and videos.

Produce themed content for public holidays and notable cultural moments in Nigeria and the UK.

Conduct twice-weekly studio shoots to generate high-quality brand content.

Collaborate with photographers, models, stylists, and the creative team.

Create polished product shots for the website, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics.

Adapt existing content for reels, TikTok videos, ads, and website use.

Website & Digital Traffic Growth

Design content strategies that increase website traffic and improve online conversions.

Create informative digital content focused on stockists, collections, and brand events.

Coordinate social media activities with e-commerce and broader marketing initiatives.

Use analytics insights to refine overall digital direction.

Fashion Trend Research & Brand Development

Stay informed on fashion trends, cultural topics, and industry innovations.

Analyze competitor content and influencer trends for creative inspiration.

Integrate relevant trends into brand storytelling and visual direction.

On-Ground Brand Representation & Event Coverage

Visit retail stockists to capture in-store content and customer interactions.

Attend pop-ups, exhibitions, fashion shows, and other brand events to create live content.

Support the team during campaigns, lookbook production, and editorial photoshoots.

Represent the brand professionally at all events and collaborations.

Community Engagement & Influencer Relations

Foster strong online relationships by engaging with the brand’s audience.

Identify suitable influencers and ambassadors who align with the brand identity.

Reporting & Optimization

Prepare monthly analytics reports covering reach, engagement, and conversion data.

Use performance insights to enhance creative strategy and marketing efforts.

Provide strategic recommendations to the Creative Director.

Qualifications

Relevant academic background; 2–5 years professional experience in social media management or digital content creation.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
