Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for DilMil across Instagram, TikTok, and related platforms
• Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, campaigns) that drives follower growth and engagement
• Monitor trends, engage with the community, and manage all social media interactions
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to guide future strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role
• Deep understanding of South Asian communities and cultural trends
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
• Strong on-camera presence and public speaking skills
• Ability to create bold and engaging content that sparks conversation
• Strong analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills
