We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor multiple agile teams, drive strategic technology initiatives, and oversee the development and deployment of web-based services. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple agile teams, including software engineers, team leads, and product managers, to deliver innovative and scalable SaaS solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring engineering excellence and the successful deployment of cloud-based applications.
- Provide architectural guidance, manage application development, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of technical strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, managing and deploying SaaS applications in a cloud-based environment.
- Strong background in agile development and scrum methodologies.
- 2-4 years of people management experience, with a track record of building and motivating large teams.
- Experience in web and mobile software development, with a deep understanding of security best practices.
- Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive engineering excellence.
