A reputable company in the renewable energy sector is hiring a Solar Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Lagos. The role focuses on leading field sales operations, increasing inverter sales, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring timely collections. This position is ideal for a performance-driven professional with strong leadership skills and experience in solar or inverter sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of field sales agents to achieve set targets.
  • Drive solar inverter sales and consistently meet monthly sales and collection goals.
  • Plan and execute market activations, field promotions, and community sales campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to grow market share.
  • Oversee distribution channels to ensure product availability across assigned territories.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales performance and collection reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in solar or inverter sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and collection targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos State market and distribution networks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories effectively.
