Solution Architect (Infrastructure)

Job Description

An experienced Solution Architect (Infrastructure) is needed to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on creating scalable, resilient, and high-performance infrastructures across data centres, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will act as a technical authority, guiding solution architecture from opportunity assessment to implementation while supporting enterprise clients in digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop reference architectures, frameworks, and best practice guidelines for compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Support presales activities including technical presentations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance on infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of enterprise IT experience with 5–7 years in infrastructure architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Demonstrated success in presales, technical advisory, or consulting roles with enterprise clients.
• Preferred certifications: VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, Dell EMC Proven Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and automation frameworks.
