A leading technology company in the financial services sector across West Africa is hiring a Solutions Account Manager (Technical). The role focuses on ERP solutions implementation, client support, and collaboration with fintech partners building on the InfoWARE platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new client implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective communication between clients and the company.
- Provide expert-level product implementation, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation during rollouts.
- Act as the main technical contact, resolving escalated issues and collaborating with teams to deliver solutions.
- Support post-implementation processes, phased rollouts, and project enhancement deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
- Completed NYSC is mandatory.
- Experience in the fintech industry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work independently and in a team.
