Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and document discovery sessions to understand client objectives, business challenges, and desired outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and technical decision-makers, providing deep product knowledge and market insight
  • Design and present tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs and strategic goals
  • Architect compelling technical solutions that address key talent acquisition and work management challenges
  • Support sales teams by developing demo scripts, checklists, and enablement resources to improve technical win rates
  • Communicate project progress, manage expectations, and escalate risks where necessary
  • Provide structured handovers to Customer Experience teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
  • Continuously build industry knowledge, competitive intelligence, and vertical-specific insights

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of prospect research, needs discovery, and outcome-based selling
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution
  • Excellent client-facing, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, plain language
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities
  • Technically proficient, with experience in web technologies
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
