Job Description

The Solutions Delivery Associate role is a technical delivery position focused on implementing, customizing, and supporting enterprise software solutions for clients across different industries. This position suits a hands-on ERP and integration specialist who enjoys translating business needs into scalable, well-integrated digital solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize software applications, including custom fields, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows based on client requirements
  • Build and maintain API integrations between ERP systems and third-party platforms such as CRM, accounting, and marketing tools
  • Execute data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading from legacy systems
  • Develop and deploy custom applications using low-code/no-code platforms and traditional programming where required
  • Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and business analysts to deliver technically sound solutions
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure performance, security, and functional accuracy before go-live
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimization
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, workflows, integrations, and custom developments

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a software implementation, ERP, or technical consulting role
  • Practical experience with scripting, application customization, or low-code platforms in a business environment
  • Proven experience working with API development and integrations
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and application customization
  • Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and integration tools
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL for data management
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
