Job Description
A leading wellness and beauty establishment in Lagos is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for wellness to ensure the spa delivers exceptional services while maintaining profitability and high team performance.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise spa therapists, estheticians, and support staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure exceptional client service, handle inquiries or complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily operations, manage appointments, maintain hygiene standards, and monitor inventory and equipment.
- Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and membership programs, while collaborating on marketing efforts to increase revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spa operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Certified Esthetician with strong knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies.
- Proven leadership, financial management, and sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
