Montaigne AH Limited is hiring a skilled and experienced SPA Manager to oversee daily spa operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires a strong leader with experience in wellness, hospitality, or spa management who can coordinate staff, maintain high service standards, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should be organized, guest-focused, and capable of balancing operational efficiency with customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N350,000 – N500,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional, and relaxing spa experience.
- Supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, room readiness, and guest flow to ensure services run efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and spa product orders.
- Track revenue performance, customer satisfaction, and weekly operational KPIs.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Support promotional activities and retail sales initiatives to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using scheduling systems, POS software, and basic operational reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer service and guest relationship management.
- Ability to balance service quality with operational and revenue targets.
