About the Role:
Lumos Nigeria is seeking an experienced State Manager to oversee sales and marketing operations within Kaduna. This role involves driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring strategic objectives are met at the state level. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the state.
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in a middle management role.
  • Fluency in English; strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
