About the Role
The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is recruiting for a State Program Manager to support the implementation of the THRIVE South Project, a 5-year USAID-funded initiative focused on improving the well-being and resilience of vulnerable children and families. This role is based in Lagos and involves coordinating project implementation in alignment with PEPFAR and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all project activities in Lagos to ensure targets are met in line with the USAID-approved work plan.
- Provide leadership to community-based organizations (CSOs), ensuring smooth implementation and capacity building.
- Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain strong collaboration with state stakeholders, CSO partners, and other implementing agencies to ensure program sustainability.
- Submit timely and accurate reports in compliance with donor and government requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 7 years’ experience in senior program management, preferably within OVC or HIV/AIDS programs in Nigeria.
- Solid understanding of PEPFAR 95-95-95 goals and experience with HIV/AIDS programming and case management.
- Familiarity with national standards for care of orphans and vulnerable children and strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven track record of managing sub-award recipients and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
