Konga Online Shopping Limited is currently hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing store processes, supervising teams, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Supervise store staff, monitor performance, and implement training where necessary
- Ensure accurate stock management, including inventory checks and restocking
- Monitor sales targets and work proactively to achieve or exceed them
- Provide timely and accurate reports on store activities and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in store management with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in the use of computer systems and integration with related technologies
- Strong analytical, numeric, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic work environment
