Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support expansion goals.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate progress toward strategic objectives.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 4–7 years of experience in market research and business development strategy within the consulting space.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop actionable growth plans.
• Solid understanding of business operations, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy.
