Job Overview

A reputable organization in the construction and engineering sector is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to lead structural design and analysis for building projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in structural modeling tools such as ETABS and SAFE, and capable of delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and detailed design for a variety of building projects.
  • Create accurate structural drawings, specifications, and documentation to guide construction processes.
  • Review and adapt designs based on evolving project requirements or on-site discoveries.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.
  • Monitor and inspect ongoing construction to verify structural integrity and adherence to plans.

Requirements

  • B.Eng / HND in Structural Engineering, Civil or Building Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6 – 10 years of proven experience in a reputable organization.
  • Professional certification in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in engineering and design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, budgeting, and construction processes.
