As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality service, and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities and staff performance to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
