A reputable organization in the Pharmaceuticals and Health sector is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely product flow. This role suits an experienced professional with strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills, capable of driving cost-effective and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing operations, and logistics to ensure smooth distribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and optimize delivery schedules.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, product quality, and timely supply.
• Monitor supplier performance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational performance.
• Lead and mentor supply chain staff to foster accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement—preferably in pharmaceuticals, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, or ISM are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar), and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and communication proficiency.
