Job Description

The Driver will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of customer orders to designated locations. The role requires professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to traffic regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and promptly to assigned locations.
• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and instructions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification with 1–3 years of relevant driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a Driver, Dispatch Rider Assistant, or Logistics Driver; E-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of major routes within Anambra and nearby states.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading and unloading tasks.
• Honest, reliable, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and record-keeping is an added advantage.
