Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen its recruitment operations. This role is responsible for building a high-performing talent acquisition function that is predictive, data-driven, and capable of scaling efficiently without compromising quality. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep recruitment expertise to attract and retain top talent across multiple job functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple job families in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and team leads, driving performance, professional development, and succession planning.
- Utilize recruitment dashboards and metrics to forecast hiring needs, manage capacity planning, and provide data-driven insights to business leaders and People Business Partners.
- Continuously assess and optimize the recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and scalable hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, offering market insights and regular hiring updates.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee compliance processes, including rehire evaluations and conflict-of-interest assessments, ensuring alignment with internal governance standards.
- Partner with Marketing or Brand teams to support employer branding initiatives and strengthen talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams hiring for Engineering, Product, and Commercial roles.
- Strong expertise in interpreting ATS data, building hiring forecasts, and using recruitment metrics to drive performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and align hiring strategies with executive leadership.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies such as Africa, Europe, or Asia.
- Proven success in hiring senior-level technical leadership and engineering professionals.
- Strong research capability and ability to leverage diverse sourcing channels beyond traditional job boards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly scaling environment.
