Salary: ₦350,000 monthly
A growing organization in the trading and manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. This role requires someone with a strong background in recruitment processes, particularly within fast-paced industries, who can manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Implement best practices for attracting and retaining top talent, especially in the trading and manufacturing sectors.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold company hiring standards and compliance practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the trading or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and HR tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
