Job Description

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our team in Gbagada, Lagos. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in tax laws and compliance, ensuring seamless tax processes for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and mitigate tax exposure by applying knowledge of VAT, WHT, and corporate tax laws.
  • Lead teams in managing tax audits, ensuring compliance with FIRS and LIRS requirements, and providing requested documentation.
  • Prepare, compute, and file tax returns for clients across diverse sectors, including insurance, finance, oil and gas, and non-financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
