Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly (plus additional benefits)
A reputable company in Lekki is hiring a Tax / Payroll Specialist to oversee accurate payroll processing and ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and statutory remittances. This role is ideal for professionals with strong attention to detail and solid experience in payroll and tax administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation and remittance of PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, and other statutory payments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and internal processes
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing and statutory remittances
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pension, etc.)
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIPM, etc.) is an added advantage
