A dynamic and result-driven Business Development Team Lead with proven expertise in driving growth, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector (Downstream & Midstream) is needed. This role supports the Head of Business Development and oversees customer acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets, focusing on Oil & Gas (Downstream & Midstream).
- Develop and execute growth strategies, financial analysis, and business plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead proposal development and negotiation of contracts to close business deals.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting business growth and revenue targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
