Job Description

A reputable organization is seeking a Team Lead, Client Service to manage client relationships and oversee the successful execution of brand projects. The role requires a proactive professional who can coordinate client service activities, ensure project objectives are met, and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N230,000 – N250,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the client service team to ensure excellent project execution and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional engagement.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address needs and provide updates.
  • Drive the planning and execution of brand campaigns and activation projects.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure objectives and timelines are met.
  • Review project outcomes and prepare reports on project performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 – 5 years of agency experience in client service, marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of brand campaigns and activation processes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
