Job Description

Job Objective:
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of credit applications for consumer and corporate loans, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Credit and OFSA Application Support team.
Ensure loan processing platforms are available and performing optimally.
Manage resources and resolve application-related issues.
Draft and maintain documentation (SOPs, SLAs).
Implement regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Master’s or professional certification preferred.
Experience: 6+ years in systems support/administration; 1+ year in management.
Skills:
Proficient in software development and systems analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of enterprise applications (e.g., FinnOne, Oracle ERP).
Performance Indicators:
Application uptime and incident resolution times.
Effectiveness of team mentoring and reviews.
