Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, Sales to drive sales performance, develop market strategies, and oversee the sales operations for petroleum products.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capability, in-depth industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales management within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales activities for petroleum products across assigned markets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Participate in annual budgeting and sales forecasting processes
  • Allocate sales resources efficiently to maximize performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team
  • Set performance targets, monitor sales reports, and track KPIs
  • Monitor customer feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and market activities
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sales operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 9 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas or related industry
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within sales, marketing, or operations
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-performing teams
