• Lead and inspire a team of Business Banking Officers to acquire new SME and corporate clients.
• Drive loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions.
• Establish strong partnerships with market leaders and trade associations.
• Safeguard portfolio quality with effective repayment management and compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to exceed performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a Business-related field with a minimum of 5 years’ SME/business banking experience, including proven lending expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Oshodi – Mushin – Ladipo markets and their dynamics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and credit analysis skills.
