Technical Architect (AI Platform Lead + Snr Solutions Engineer), Digital Twin (Remote) at Shae Group

December 10, 2025

Job Description

Shae Group develops precision, human-centered intelligence systems that power digital twins and clinical AI assistants.
Our solutions operate on secure multi-tenant cloud platforms with advanced white-label capabilities, rigorous data privacy controls, and robust observability frameworks. Every system we deploy must meet strict standards for reliability, scalability, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end platform architecture, including multi-tenant design, white-label modules, observability tooling, SLO planning, IaC, and long-term platform reliability.
  • Translate LLM and agent innovations into scalable, production-grade features such as retrieval pipelines, workflow agents, evaluation suites, caching mechanisms, and safety/guardrail systems.
  • Architect secure, compliant data-processing pipelines from wearable data ingestion to insights generation—using privacy-by-design principles.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, produce technical diagrams/ADRs, and support engineering teams with production hardening and system improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years in cloud software development, including 3+ years in architect or technical leadership roles building LLM- or agent-powered systems for production.
  • Deep expertise in systems architecture, API frameworks, CI/CD, MLOps, security/compliance, and observability stacks.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural documentation, diagramming, and designing safety scaffolding for LLM-based platforms.
Who You Are
  • A seasoned technical architect with a track record of delivering complex cloud platforms and advanced AI/agent features.
  • Skilled in multi-tenant architecture, secure data ingestion, monitoring/logging frameworks, SLA/SLO management, and AI safety.
  • A mentor and technical leader who improves platform quality and thrives working independently.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with focused, high-impact workflows.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in healthtech, regulated data pipelines, conversational or voice agents, or vector database systems.
  • Understanding of digital twin concepts or clinical decision-support architectures.
Compensation & Contractor Terms
  • Contractor-only engagement (Independent Contractor).
  • Payment in USD via Wise or direct bank transfer.
  • Monthly retainer + invoicing structure.
  • Paid time off may be available for exceptional performers.
Compensation & Bonus

Retainer: USD $1,500 – $2,500/month, depending on experience and responsibilities.

Performance Incentive: Annual bonus for outstanding KPI achievement.

Applicants must also provide:

  • Two architecture diagrams and a 1–2 page ADR from previous work.
  • A Loom video explaining how they production-hardened an LLM feature.
  • A self-scheduled 16-minute AI-powered prescreen video.
  • Completion of a third-party personality assessment.

Shortlisted candidates will receive a small technical challenge.
Top performers progress to a hiring manager interview within 24–48 hours, with offers extended quickly.
